Has anyone had success in billing unlisted scope code 29999 for coracoplasty done at the same time as other arthrscopic shoulder procedures? One of our docs often does rotator cuff repair, sub acromial decompression, distal clavice resection and biceps tenotomy at the same time. Should I list 29999 twice? Once for the coracoplasty and once for the tenotomy? Thanks
