Hello all,

arthro RTC reconstruction with dermal allograft (graftjacket).....I'm from the facility side
29827 and 15330 or more 29999 since reconstruction.

Just starting doing these and not real sure.

I know from the physician side we are to capture this as 29827-22 for the jacket and to not report 15xxx series.

I agree with Yankees (go brewers)

I am physician side as well, I know graftjacket is "dermal" substitue, so it is only indicated for "dermal" applications. Using it to reinforce a tendon is not indicated for this product, so you can't bill for it, other than supply code, and it may be denied due to medical neccessity....using skin graft on a tendon.
