Dr did a medial menisectomy and then he did excision of impinging osteophyte in the intercondylar notch using an osteotome.

I know the 29881 for the menisectomy, but what do I use for the other procedure?
He suggests 29874. Would appreciate advice.

I would tend to agree with the 29874 but check your edits...I show 29874 with 29881 is a zero indicator meaning under no circumstances will it be paid with the 29881.
