Wiki Arthroscopic treatment greater tuberosity fracture

Hi All,

Patient with a greater tuberosity fracture with a rotator cuff tear component as well. The fracture was treated arthroscopically along with repair of the RTC and acromioplasty. I'm torn between using an unlisted code or using 29827 with a 22 modifier for the additional fracture repair work. Any input would be welcome.
