A synovectomy of Knee was also performed.
"ARthroscope introduced through lateral parapatellar puncture wound revealing evidence of a thick scarred knee, w/implants, after evaluation showed no evidence of loosening. Using non-arthroscopic wound brought from a medial puncture wound and suprapatellar puncture wound, the synovectomy was accomplished. Arthroscope was directed into the quadriceps mechanism. A small osteotomy was then directed to the medial and lateral aspect fo the quadriceps mechanism centrally for tenolysis of the femur."
