Wiki Arthroscopic shoulder surgery

A little confidence needed on this shoulder surgery after all the kind results I have previously received - hope I am getting it

Arthroscopically the physician repairs a Type II SLAP repair, a full thickness rotator cuff repair and a subacromial decompression for impingement syndrome.

Questioning of the SLAP repair 29807 carries the modifier 51 or 59.

Is this the correct coding? 29827, 29826-51, 29807-59

When I run it through Custom Coder, it is not showing the 29807 as bundled so a -51 modifier should be okay. The rest looks great!
