can anyone tell me if the procedure in this partial op note is enough to code 28296? i'm trying to determine if acromioplasty was done.

The scope was then placed anteriorly visualizing our posterior glenohumeral
joint, showing no evidence of capsule labral injury, but confirming a
full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear. Scope was then placed into the
subacromial space, and an aggressive subacromial bursectomy was performed.
After making a lateral portal, there was no significant external outlet
impingement. However, the coracoacromial ligament and the periosteum on
the undersurface of acromion were then released with an ArthroCare wand
giving us a type-1 acromion.
