Wiki Arthroscopic microfracture question

This is probably a silly question but I was wondering if you can code a microfracture, 29879 when performed in the same compartment of the knee as a meniscectomy, 29881 ???

According to Code-X 2010. You cannot bill 29879 with 29881 unless it is in a separate compartment.

According to CCI edits they don't bundle and you can.
