Was wondering if anyone had a CPT code for an Arthroscopic Major Pectoralis Repair. I was looking at the unlisted code, however was hoping for a better code. Any suggestions?

There is no code for Arthroscopic muscle or tendon repair in the shoulder other than that for the Rotator Cuff. But the Pectoralis muscle/tendon is not a part of the Rotator Cuff. I would use the Unlisted Procedure, shoulder, code, and pair it to Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair, as that is the closest analogy.
