Wiki Arthroscopic labral repairs that are not SLAP

How are people coding the repair of, say, an anterior-inferior labral tear of the shoulder with no documentation of SLAP or capsulorrhaphy? The surgeon arthroscopically places labral nails....that's it. I can find no documentation on this subject, so any links or references you might provide would be helpful.
