medial compartment shaving leading edge of medial meniscus

would this be coded as 29881,29877
or can i code 29881,29877,29877-59 due to the medial shaving being in a seperate compartment than the superior

please help !!!

The Description in 29881 states Meniscectomy..."including (chondroplasty) same or separate compartment(s) when performed.
