Wiki Arthroscopic excision of ganglion in shoulder

I am unsure of whether to use 29819 or 29822.

Patient had a ganglion cyst in the shoulder and Doctor removed arthroscopically.

I am leaning towards 29822 (although he suggested 29823).

Suggestions?
