Wiki Arthroscopic biceps tenotomy??

I was wonderig if anyone else thinks it would be appropriate to use the 29828(arthroscopic bicepts tenodesis) for a bicepts tenotomy with a -52 reduced services modifer since techniqually they release the tendon just dod not re-attach it??
