Does anyone have any experience coding Arthroscopic bankart repair and capsulorrhaphy with remplissage.

We billed 29806 for the bankart procedure however there isn't a code for the remplissage. previous threads advise to either use unlisted code 29999 because they feel service is equivalent to 29827 but other say to use modifier 22 on the 29806.

Has any one had success billing 29806 with 29999? Is there any documentation out there on how to bill this?
