A new one for me, so I need opinions!

Pt has OA, chondromalacia and prepatellar bursitis. Dr did the ususal chondroplasty, then "took the arthroscope cannula, redirecting it through the inferolateral portal into the prepatellar bursa and suctioned the bursa of the fluid within."

Any thoughts on how to code this? I'm thinking 29999. How aboout an ICD procedure code?
