Hi, my OS performed a Fulkerson osteotomy, with an arthroscopic lateral release. I am wondering if I would code this as a 27418 with a 29873. I have read that the open lateral release is bundled into the 27418, but I have yet to see anywhere that would lead me to believe the arthroscopic lateral realease would also be bundled in. Any thoughts on this? my OS has not performed one of these in the two years he has been here, but he has another scheduled for next week so I would like get other peoples thoughts on this.
