Wiki Arthrocentisis with Fluoro

Hi there! My provider is doing arthrocentesis on both knees. We are billing 20610-LT and 20610-RT. We are also billing the fluoroscopy with it as 77002....My question is for the second 77002 do we need a modifier, or are we even allowed to bill more than one 77002?
