Per op note:

Dx: large os acromiale
Procedure: Arthroscopic subacromial decompression (marked thinning and debulking of the os acromiale without disturbance of the dorsal aspect of the bone and the insertion of the deltoid)

The undersurface of the acromion was defined from the anterior aspect back to the nonunion site of the os acromiale with an electrocautery, and a bur was used to do marked debulking of the anterior aspect of the os acromiale without disturbing the insertions and fascia of the deltoid, which was on the top of the os acromiale.

Enough for 29826 or more like 29822 w/ dx 733.99

You're more likely to just code 29822 for the following reasons: 29826 is not a stand-alone code and it didn't mention that the surgeon did a partial acromioplasty which is essential to code for a 29826 with subacromial decompression.
