Hello all,
Pre Op dx: Adhesive capsulitis
Post Op Dx: same
Scope was introduced in the usual manner. Immediately noted were the typical findings of an adhesive capsulitis w/ some significant contracture of the joint as well as evidence of a red, angry-appearing inflammation along the base of the biceps, labrum, and anterior capsule. A capsulotomy was completed w/ the synovial resector, allowing external rotation to be obtained. Scope was then removed.
Would this classify as 29806 or more like 29999 726.0, 718.41??
Thanks for any help!
