Arteriosclerosis of peripheral extremities (native arteries) with ulceration of the ankle and gangrene.

Is the correct way to code 440.20, 440.24

If you look at the notes under 440.24 it tells you to add an additional code for any ulceration.

Therefore, I would code:
440.24
707.13
