I need to know how to code brachial arteriogram with glidewire and berenstein catheter for difficult cannulation. Intervention was angioplasty for arterial anastomosis stenosis as well as brachiocephalic vein in- stent stenosis.
Also, can arteriogram be coded in conjunction with angioplasty?
