Is anyone having issues with the medi-cal CalOptima products when billing 99281-99285 to Arta Western/Healthcare Partners? They are denying our Neurologists ER consults stating they will only reimburse an ER CPT to an ER physician and that my provider must bill an outpatient visit 99201-99205 or 99211-99215. I cannot find any policy that states that.
