Are there any Psychiatric HCPCS codes like H2036 and H0015 (that are billed/reimbursed at a Per Diem rate) that can't be billed on the same DOS?
For Example: H0004 with H0015? H0015 is an Intensive OP therapy code that requires at least 3 hrs a day, 3 days a week. Why would a therapist also bill for H0004?
