Wiki Are CPT codes 37227 and 37228 appropriate to bill in place of service 11 (office)?

Although it doesn't seem that those codes would be appropriate in place of service 11, I'm having a hard time finding any rationale indicating it's actually not appropriate. Can anyone direct me to rationale around why it's okay or not okay for those procedures to be done in an office?

Yes if the office has a cath lab.

Not something you'd do in the exam room. But some practices have their own cath lab in their office building and can do them.
