Wiki Apsiration and Injection to same joint?

I have a doctor who Aspirated a knee joint and then did an injection of a drug into the same joint at the same visit. 20610 is the code for both the aspiration and the injection - can I charge this code twice? And if so, how I would I list it and what modifiers?

No...you can only charge once. The term "and/or" in the descriptor includes both.
