I'm not sure where to post this. I applied to have my Apprentice A removed from my CPC certification in May, and I haven't heard back from anyone about it. My A is still on my certification. I can't figure out who to contact to see why it's taking so long or if there was something wrong with my application. Can anyone help with this?

Yes. I just went through this. You must call the aapc customer service number, 1 (800) 626-2633, and ask about the process to remove the apprenticeship part of your certificate. Depending on the way you are removing the apprenticeship, by working 2 years as a coder, the practicode, or how I did it with 80 hours of education and 1 year of experience. I submitted education proof and my work submitted documentation confirming my 1 year of work experience. They will tell you what they have received and if it was approved or not and you might have to ask specific questions if something is not approved. JUST KEEP CALLING AND GET UPDATES ON YOUR APPROVAL STATUS
