Question on coding for a distal radius fracture

Short Arm Cast Applied; as cast was hardening and pressure applied, the fracture was reduced.
Am I coding cast application, or closed reduction of the fracture??

Normally charge for the cast application and waterproof casting.

Agree with @Orthocoderpgu - the provider needs to decide which way to bill and let you know.

My Doctor only charges for the Cast & materials & x-rays and visit. If your doctor did a closed manipulation in the office then you do not charge for casting.
