Hello,
I'm looking for some guidance, I have a podiatrist who applied a split thickness autograft on a patient's plantar foot that was previously harvested by another physician (not from the same practice or specialty) from the patient's thigh during the same surgical encounter.
I found code 15120 (Split-thickness autograft, face, scalp, eyelids, mouth, neck, ears, orbits, genitalia, hands, feet, and/or multiple digits; first 100 sq cm or less, or 1% of body area of infants and children (except 15050)) but this code includes harvesting which my physician didn't do. Is this the correct code to use? Any suggestions?
Thank you for the help!
