Having a hard time determining the CPT codes for a procedure. Any help is appreciated!

PT has been found to have moderate to severe aortic regurgitation and is currently undergoing evaluation for TAVR.

PROCEDURE DETAILS:

ACCESS: A 6-French sheath was placed in the right radial artery using
micropuncture technique.

Diagnostics: A 6 French pigtail catheter was used for the aortogram.

FINDINGS:

Hemodynamics: Opening aortic pressure 93/34.

Aortogram reveals 3+ aortic regurgitation.

INTERVENTION: None.

TECHNICAL FACTORS:

Sedation: Versed 2 mg, fentanyl 50 mcg.
Contrast: 40 mL

MEDICATIONS: Heparin 5000 units, and verapamil 2.5 mg.

COMPLICATIONS: None.

CONCLUSION:

Moderate to severe aortic regurgitation.

The physician should state where he placed the catheter which he does not.
However, assuming the physician placed the catheter in the aorta you would coded the catheterization 36200 and angiography 75625-26
