Wiki AO modifier for total joint replacements

Good morning. We are in need of some major help. We are not participating in the demo project for the total joint replacements for Medicare. We are adding the AO modifier to the procedure code but are not getting paid. We have reached out to several people with no success. Is anyone else having this problem or had this problem that they could help us out? Much appreciated!
