I do the billing for a California provider who performed a spinal surgery and a few office visits for a patient from Guam. The claims are over a year old now and Take Care Insurance keeps telling me the payment is pending but can't tell me why. I have requested a supervisor and they just hang up on me. I've attempted to locate the insurance commissioner for Guam but am not having any luck in finding out how to file a complaint against Take Care. Has anyone encountered something similar with this insurance and know how to resolve it?
