Working on putting a Pathology test to give my employees and to have for new hires.
I thought I would see if Anyone has one that they use and are successful with.

I manage a team of coders for a Pathology billing service, and I just want to know what they know and what they don't.

Why recreate the wheel if someone is using and are successful with an existing tool.

Pick 20 of your toughest cases you can and make sure you have them coded correctly with documentation to back up your correct coding. Then see what your coders come up with. I don't think a multiple choice or fill in the blank test will show their strengths and weaknesses.
