Wiki Anterior and Posterior Labral Repair

My doctor performed an Anterior Labral Repair with capsulorraphy and a Posterior labral repair with capsulorraphy. He wants to charge 29806 twice... one for anterior and one for posterior. Can I charge for both or can only 1 29806 be charged?

No, 29806 can be billed only one time. The posterior repair would be an unlisted, 29999. The diagnosis is different, but the procedure is the same for the below link:
