Wiki Annual Wellness Question

Our provider documented an Initial Annual Wellness Exam (G0438) however the ONLY requirement not done is the Height (BMI is there but no indication the pt has been measured since 2012). I know this is required in order to bill for the G0438. Can I bill with a 52 modifier??
