Hello coders! Can anyone help with this scenario:
A patient come in for a annual well woman exam and leave the visit via ambulance due to hypertension and without her annual well woman exam. How would this be coded for reimbursement? The patient has Medicaid and Medicare coverage.

This would be somewhere between 99211 and 99215 depending on exactly what was done and what was documented.
