Hello...
Hoping somebody has some advice on this surgery..."Release of the tendon sheath and removal of tenosynovium".. "The tendon sheat was split and the peroneus longus was brought up into view, showing no abnormalities. Deep to this, the peroneus brevis was evaluated and showed that there was synovitis around the tendon and there was synovitits w/in the tenondon sheat. The synovitits was excissed."
