I have a billing question that I'm getting different answers for. Can someone help me get any formation on E&M billing for outpatients. The question is : if labs from an outpatient clinic (POS 22) can be billed with an E&M code? If you have any regulation information on this.

I've been looking for the compliance regulation on this .
