Is an angulated fracture considered to be displaced?
What code would you use for angulated fracture of the diaphysis of ulna and radius?

You need to know if it is transvers or oblique or spiral etc. yes angular is displaced, but now you need the angle ( for lack of a better word) of the fracture.
