Wiki Angioplasty with 26 modifier?

Hello,
can please somebody help me with correct coding?
This is new for me. Can I bill 36902 with 26 modifier?
Our Dr. just started to do angioplasty (36902), also (36903 - 36906) in hospital also, and I am not sure of proper coding for just professional component.

Hi codes 36902-36906 do not permit modifier 26 on the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. The physician is reimbursed for the "facility RVUs" when he performs these procedures in a hospital and those RVUs are lower than if he performed the procedure in his office. This allows the physician to bill this code without a modifier in the hospital and still be reimbursed appropriately. I hope that helps!
