58 year old w/ left forearm fistula which recent stenosis. op report goes on to say angiogram was performed on proximal portion of the vein all the way to the chest. there was no evidence of stenosis. The proximal portion of the fistula was then occluded with pressure and angiogram performed on the distal portion of the fistula at the anastomosis. There was stenosis at the anastomosis. A #5 French introducer was placed over guidewire thru angiogram puncture site. A 0.14 guidewire was then fed under fluoroscopic guidance across the stenosis and across the arteriovenous anastomosis into the ARTERY. a 2MM BY 40MM balloon was advanced across the stenosis and inflated. the area was ballooned for 1 minute, then deflated and reballooned. Repeat angiogram showed no further stenosis....

Unsure of CPT because of angioplasty to artery and not venous as usual. Can someone help?
