I need some help. I think I am reading to much into this and have confused myself.
The right radial artery was prepped and draped in a standard manner. 1% lidocaine was used as local anesthetic. a 5-french sheath was inserted into right radial artery. then a 5-french jacky catherter was inserted into the sheath and engaged the left main. angiogram was performed. then using the jr4 catheter, engaged the rca and and angiogram was performed with different veiws. then a straight catheter was inserted into the sheath and got down to the abdominal aorta. Abdominal aortogram was performed. then the catheter was further advanced into the right common femoral, and and angriogram with runoff was performed down to her right lower extremity.
How would I code this? I'm thinking...
