Our anesthesiologist direct our CRNA's, when we bill UHC the 99140 and 99100 those codes are only submitted on the doctor claim. UHC is paying 50% of the 99140 and 99100 due to the QK/QY modifier on the ASA code. Is anyone else having this issue?
