Wiki anesthesia for epidural injections

Would Anesthesia code 01936 or 01935 be the correct anesthesia code for 62310, 62311? Or would you use 01992 if anesthesia was performed by a CRNA for the injection?
Is 62310 and 62311 considered interventional radiology procedures?

I used 01992 for interlaminar/caudal epidurals, but the other codes could also work too.
