What code from the Table of Drugs and Chemicals (if any) do you use for Normocytic anemia due to hep C triple therapy? I can't find these drugs listed, and from what I have researched, they are protease inhibitors, and that isn't listed either. I did find an unspecified drug induced code, but it is not to be used on in-patients.
