I had a question about a ancillary and OPS visit:
Ancillary:
Patient came in for a x-ray visit, the reason for the x-ray was injury of hand and the x-ray report reads that patient had a fracture how would you code this scenario?
Urgent care:
Patient came in for injury of hand and MD added a note that patient had a fracture how would you code this?
