I need help coding a status post excisional arthroplasty with tendon interposition graft trapezial 1st meta carpal joint where the tendon failed and is exposed. The doctor removed 2/3-3/4 of the tendon graft and cut the tendon at that point then sutured the wound in the office. Can we bill for this and what code is appropriate. Thanks.
