Wiki Amniotic Tissue Membrane Graft During Prostatectomy

Our new provider started placing an amniotic tissue membrane graft around the urethral anastomosis during a lap robotic radical prostatectomy. Would this be included in the 55866 or would I charge for this? Maybe CPT code 15275?
