Please help - I can not find anything other than the unlisted that fits.

A small 5-mm incision was made with a scalpel on the vaginal wall. The plane
between the vaginal wall and the cyst wall was then identified, and using
blunt dissection, the cyst was attempted to be removed intact. The cyst
was ruptured in this process, and approximately 5-7 cc of serous fluid was
drained out of the cyst. We then continued to attempt the excision of the
cyst, but because the cyst wall did not have a clear plane and was very
thin, it was deemed to be very difficult to be able to completely excise
the cyst. To avoid the risk of incomplete cyst excision with risk of
recurrent cyst formation, it was decided to proceed with a marsupialization
of the cyst. So, marsupialization was performed. The cyst wall was
palpated and visually inspected to be smooth without any lesions.
Interrupted sutures were placed using 3-0 Vicryl to marsupialize the cyst
wall to the vaginal wall.

At the end of the procedure, the marsupialization opening was approximately
2cm in diameter. Excellent hemostasis was noted during the whole
procedure.

I would be more inclined to use 57135 even tho it was marsupialized. Still was excision of a vaginal cyst and sutures were required.
