Alzheimer's/Parkinson dementia also with a vascular dementia

If a person with Alzheimer's/Parkinson dementia with generalized anxiety and depression, also has vascular dementia with generalized anxiety/depression, question on the coding if they have Generalized Anxiety and depression how would you code these.
Would you code the Alzheimer's dementia with generalized anxiety, Alzheimer's with depression, Vascular dementia with generalized anxiety and the Vascular dementia with depression. Thank you in advance

in I10 book index Alzheimer's, Vascular, with anxiety; with mood disturbance(depression) per with guidelines. Also still need to code the F41.1 and F32.A to specify the type of these diseases.
G30.9, F02.84, F01.54, G20.A1, F02.83, F41.1 and F32.A
There is a code first code when using the F01.54 vascular dementia with anxiety. I10 states to code the condition cardiovascular or sequelae that caused it.
