Doc place an amniotic membrane allograft for an unlcer of foot . Wants to use cpt code 15275 -application of skin substitute. Just not sure for the gaft itself. A q code ?, I know V2790 seems to fit the descripition but thought that was for eyes . any ideas?thanks:confused:

C9366 EpiFix, per sq cm this is what we have used once. I dont know if you are using same kind of product.
